A new range of Solenoid metering pumps to our E-series range known as the DLX Series.  These pumps offer several models as listed below.  The DLX series all offer a wall mounted (model DLX-XX) or foot mount version (model DLXB-XX), with an all plastic IP65 outer makes it more chemical resistant and splash proof.  Push-button setting allows for easier operator interface.  The standard PP Head offers a manual priming function as well as being suitable for products such as Sodium Hypochlorite.

The previous MA / A version disappeared thanks to the introduction of the more sophisticated MA / AD.  A dual scale selection allows selection between 0 to 20% and from 0 to 100%, Offering a more accurate setting of  dosing rate.  The switch from one scale to the other is displayed by a led.

 

Setting modes are memorised and not lost when disconnecting the power.

The HRSÒ mode widens the performances of the metering pump allowing it to offer a wider dosing range than stated. The pump is designated with a maximum flow as well as a maximum pressure. As application pressure is decreased the HRSÒ function allows setting of lower pressures via push button which also allows for a wider possible dosing range. For example: the DLX-MA-M 5-7 pump if set to 1 Bar will allow dosing range of 0-24 l/hr. For individual pump ranges please refer to HRS flow charts.

 

NEW:

Initially configured and calibrated at the factory for water at room temperature, the pump can be programmed accurately to display flow in L/hr. allowing the operator to calibrate the pump to their specific chemical and dosing applications.

All pumps supplied with 2 metres 6mm suction tubing, 2 metres 6mm discharge tubing. Foot valve / filter as well as an injection fitting.

 

Optional Accessories:

·        Flow sensor – to ensure chemical is being dosed.

·        Level sensor – installed into chemical drum inhibits the pump operation at low chemical.

·        De-Gassing head – recommended for use with gaseous products with low flows.
